14th Annual Boy Scouts Of America Sporting Clays & Fun Shoot
Sporting clays is a shotgun shooting game in which clay pigeons are presented to the gunner in ways that mirror the flight pattern of game birds, or occasionally rabbits, in their natural habitats. Sporting clays is exciting and challenging. The shooting grounds are laid out in stations (also called stands) with each station representing one type of bird or a combination of game: a rabbit and a grouse.
The “Fun Shoot” this year has been expanded! We have seven (7) different shooting lanes, each with its own unique challenge. From .38 caliber Revolver Dueling Tree competition to a VR 100 Shotgun, shooting a launched soda can from an AR-15 Can Cannon Launcher. We have something for everyone to enjoy on Saturday June 26th. Lastly we have our Shooting Gallery (theme and firearms change each year), and Class Three shooting opportunities (variety of packages available).
